My research centers on the development of statistical methods for the analysis of functional genomic data, focusing primarily on gene and protein expression data and data integration across diverse platforms, as well as data from cancer biomarker studies. My theoretical interests are on nonparametric and semiparametric inferential procedures, machine learning methodologies and multiple testing. | |
