Program Change

If a student is interested in changing programs within SPH they need to contact the department they are interested in entering to see if admission would be possible. A student will need to fill out the Change of Program -Dual Degree Application (PDF) form and submit this with their application to the department they are applying to. The department Admissions Committee will review and indicate their decision.
