Department of Biostatistics 
Training Program in Cancer Research
Participating Faculty
Program Director, Jeremy Taylor, Professor in the Department of Biostatistics
in the School of Public Health, Department of Radiation Oncology in
the School of Medicine and Associate Director for Biostatistics at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Cente. A steering committee will consist of Professors
Taylor, Little, Gruber, Johnson, Shedden, Tsodikov and Beer. Dr. Taylor
will be the director of the program.
Two categories of faculty
participate in this training program, Key faculty and Supporting faculty.
The Key faculty including the program director will be responsible for
advising the trainees and monitoring their progress. A key faculty
person will mentor each trainee in his or her collaborative cancer experience.
The supporting faculty will provide guidance to the trainees in their
particular field of expertise, and will be a resource for providing
hands-on experience for the trainees.
