Using Audio-Video Equipment
Classroom Services is unable to provide equipment operators for your class or meeting, but will gladly meet with you in advance to insure that you are comfortable with the operation of the equipment you have scheduled. In addition, staff will respond promptly (during normal business hours) to emergency requests for assistance; go to the nearest phone and call 763-4192 or come to the Computing Services Help Desk, M3064 SPH II. A phone is available in the corridor outside M1157 SPH II.
To further assist you, Classroom Services has prepared illustrated instructions which have been placed on the computer stations in each classroom. Different rooms have different equipment and capabilities. We have instructions for the following rooms:
