Broken Link Reports

We provide monthly broken link reports to each SPH Department. If you would like a report generated for your site, please contact us.

Displaying RSS Feeds

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a popular means of sharing content (such as news headlines) without requiring readers to constantly contact a site for updates. RSS feeds contain headlines and hyperlinks to longer articles or web pages. The SPH web site generates an RSS Feed for our Calendar of Events.

If there is a RSS feed that you would like to display on a page in your web site, you can use the free Feed2JS service to create a JavaScript snippet that can be embedded on your page. Instructions are available on the Embedding a RSS Feed on a Web Page workshop handout.

Dreamweaver Training

Dreamweaver may be purchased at a discount from the following sources:

Dreamweaver is also available in all UM Sites computing labs, and from UM's virtual sites.

The Teaching & Technology Collaborative provides free hands-on Dreamweaver training workshops. SPH Web Services also occasionally holds Dreamweaver workshops.

Google Analytics is a free, enterprise-level website usage statistics reporting tool that offers a wealth of information about your website visitors.
