Allison E. Aiello, PhD, MS

The Stanley Medical Research Institute has awarded CSEPH faculty Allison Aiello a grant to to conduct secondary data analyses of two longitudinal data sets in order to investigate social, cognitive, and mental health correlates of pathogen burden. The overall goal of this project is to develop a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of human pathogen burden and the social context in which it operates, and to investigate whether it acts as a predictor of mental and cognitive health in the US population
