Measurement Core supports translational research that is directed at evaluating approaches to improving diabetes health outcomes, including studies that seek to better our understanding or overcome barriers that inhibit adoption and dissemination of state-of-the-art diabetes care. The central mission of the Measurement Core will be to provide consultation, guidance, and developmental and analytic support for state-of-the-art measurement of laboratory, clinical, health status, behavioral, attitudinal and social factors important for translational research.
