The MSI Initiatives offer paid internships and coursework/internship packages to qualified students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) in order to introduce them to the fields of international development and family planning. The initiatives aim to increase the number of MSI students who pursue careers in these fields.
