Funds derived from the program are available for partial tuition aid for U.S. residents who register for University of Michigan graduate credit. For participants who elect at least four credit hours, financial assistance up to $500 for each student will be awarded on the basis of financial need and academic merit. Participants who are not able to attend without financial assistance should complete the section included with the application materials. Prospective registrants should also explore other sources of funding as soon as possible.

As part of the Public Health Practice Scholarship Program, public health practitioners in Michigan may apply for funding to enroll in selected courses offered through the Graduate Summer Session in Epidemiology (GSS) held each July at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Practice Scholars receive full or partial scholarships for application fees and tuition costs for non-credit courses. http://practice.sph.umich.edu/practice/scholarshipprogram.php
