Press Conference Held by Participants in Saginaw, MI
The Tri-City SER dialogue session participants held a press conference on June 29th, 2000 to coincide with the announcement of the completion of a working draft of the human genome. Participants shared with media their thoughts, opinions, and experiences regarding genetics and the Human Genome Project.

Project Team Meets in Tuskegee
The second annual meeting of the Community Advisory Board and the National Advisory Board was held in Tuskegee, AL on May 17th, 2000, one day after commemorative ceremonies for the 1997 Presidential Apology of the U.S. Public Health Service Syphilis Study.
