The second annual meeting of the Community Advisory Board and the
National Advisory Board was held in Tuskegee, AL on May 17th, 2000,
one day after commemorative ceremonies for the 1997 Presidential
Apology of the U.S. Public Health Service Syphilis Study. Read about
