	Press Conference Held by Participants in Saginaw, MI August 2000 The Tri-City SER dialogue session participants held a press conference on June 29th, 2000 to coincide with the announcement of the completion of a working draft of the human genome. Participants shared with media their thoughts, opinions, and experiences regarding genetics and the Human Genome Project.
	Community-Based Organizations Develop Coalition December 2000 Community Advisory Board member E. Yvonne Lewis of the Faith Access to Community Economic Development in Flint, MI describes the development of the Michigan Community-Based Organization Partners coalition and their plans for community advocacy around genetics.
	Tuskegee Appreciation Luncheon Held December 2000 Tene Hamilton of Tuskegee University describes a special appreciation luncheon held for project participants in Tuskegee, AL.
