Description: This report
details issues of concern that were identified in focus groups in
Phase I of this project. Also, the report includes participant demographics
and participant quotes to illustrate issues of concern.

Description:
This report summarizes key issues and themes that arose in the focus
group based on an analysis of the focus group transcripts. Issues
of concern are identified in the participants' own words, and several
participant quotes illustrate each issue. The report also compares
and contrasts the different methodologies used to identify issues
of concern.

Description:
This report describes the process used by partner organizations who
recruited and hosted focus groups and the responses given by focus
group participants in a questionnnaire which asked about their experience.
It describes methods of recruitment, incentives/motivation for participants,
potential barriers to participation, and participants' assessment
of various aspects of the session process.

Description:
This report describes the groups taking part in community dialogues,
and assesses participants' and observers' responses to structured
questionnaires dealing with dialogue process (facilitator role, participant
interaction, conduct of the session) at multiple time points. Results
of a 10-item policy preferences questionnaire are also included. Interviews
with participants and eventual non-participants on reasons for their
level of involvement, with session facilitators, and with Community
Advisory Board leaders are distinctive features. Forms / structured
questionnaires used are located in the Appendix.
