Nutrition Feedback Report
All respondents who participated in the HEP survey received a Nutrition Feedback Report by mail. The report was based on responses recorded on the diet assessment taken at the time of the interview. The information from the diet assessment was used to calculate intake of nutrients considered as risk or protective for heart disease. The Nutrition Feedback Report contained the results of the assessment. The Feedback Report also provided information about foods that contain nutrients which improve heart health.
