M.P.H., M.H.S.A., Executive Masters program

  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • Official transcripts
  • GRE scores
  • (for international students) TOEFL scores
    The TOEFL will be waived for international students who received a previous degree from a US institution or from an institution where English was the primary language of instruction

M.S. degree

  • Application via Rackham
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • Official transcripts
  • GRE scores
  • (for international students) TOEFL scores

Ph.D. program

Application Deadlines

  • M.P.H., M.H.S.A., M.S. priority deadline for Fall 2010 is January 15, 2010
  • Executive Masters program review begins January 2010 and continues until class is full
