In March 2012, the United States Supreme Court heard arguments on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The court is considering four questions, including whether the ACA's individual mandate and Medicaid expansion provisions are constitutional. The presenters will discuss the Supreme Court's decision and its implications for the ACA's reforms to the individual insurance market, the Medicaid expansion, and, of course, the future of the ACA's public health-related provisions and the federal funding that goes along with them. You may qualify for CLE credit.
