M-FLU Team
The M-FLU Team is led by Principal Investigators Drs. Arnold S. Monto and Allison E. Aiello.
Arnold S. Monto, MD, is a Professor of Epidemiology with substantial expertise in the epidemiology of infectious disease, particularly the prevention and treatment of influenza. Dr. Monto has conducted extensive research on influenza transmission and prevention.

Allison E. Aiello, PhD, Dr. Aiello has conducted a wealth of research on hand hygiene and on the relationships between stress and immune response to infectious disease.

Ryan Malosh, Study Coordinator, holds an MPH in Epidemiology and International Health from Boston University.



As global citizens, we all have a responsibility to protect and
maintain public health. Participants in the M-FLU Study are responding
to the call for responsible global citizenship by contributing to research that
may ultimately help guide the development of national policies for pandemic preparedness.
M-FLU Study participants work to make the US and the
world a safer, healthier place for us all.
