Applying Designs to All Slides
Consider where you are presenting and what the environment will be like. For a dim room use light-colored font on dark background. For a darkened room use dark font (preferably black) on light-colored background.
Design Templates
If you want to quickly add some style and color to your slides, PowerPoint provides a series of pre-designed slide templates for you to work from. To access these, click the Format drop-down menu and select Slide Design [1]. Your choices of design templates will now be displayed on the right side of the screen. To apply a design to all of your slides, simply click on the desired template. [2]
