The right chart?
Keep in mind the purpose of the chart and what information you are trying to communicate with your audience when developing a chart.
Microsoft Excel provides a graphing or charting tool to assist in displaying the raw data in a visual format. Completed charts can be printed as handouts or incorporated into Microsoft PowerPoint presentations or into Microsoft Word documents. Note: the examples for this module will be based on using a simple column chart.
