News ReleasePublic Health Students of African Descent (PHSAD) to hold 21st Annual Minority Health Conference March 8, 2007, University of Michigan School of Public Health news release. Keynote speakers include Michael Rich, Director of the Center on Media and Child Health (CMCH) at Boston’s Children Hospital, and Aranthan S. Jones, Director of Policy and Research for the Office of the Majority Whip in the US House of Representatives. Discussion topics include: Hispanic, women’s, and African American population health, obesity, genetics and race, LGBT health issues, and more. There will also be a panel on Hurricane Katrina.
