After completing the course, participants
will have learned to:
- use current data sources on global population and reproductive health for assessing needs and conducting rapid appraisals;
- transfer data generated to set priorities and plan strategically to implement international reproductive health programs;
- identify strategic partnerships to promote reproductive health through education, gender equity, human rights, good governance, and human security;
- apply results-based program planning;
- monitor quality and evaluate reproductive health programs; and
- work effectively within the current political context to reposition family planning and international reproductive health in the context of emerging epidemics and competing health priorities.

Population Fellows Programs.
