Acquisition Recommendation Form

The Public Health Library welcomes suggestions for books, journals or electronic products to be added to our collection. The staff strives to acquire scholarly works within the scope of our Collection Policy. To recommend an item for purchase, please fill out the form below as completely as possible. A response to your request will be made as soon as possible. However, the time it takes to acquire a new title may vary from a few days to several months. Notification will be sent to you when the item you recommended has been received and is available.

To recommend a film or video for purchase, please contact the Askwith Media Library or fill out their Acquisition Suggestion Form.
