Visiting Public Health Library
Walk-in Services
The Public Health Library is open to the public during
regular hours.
Computers are available for your use, including access to most of the
University of Michigan's online databases and electronic journals.
Photocopy cards are also available for purchase. The Mirlyn Library
Catalog includes records for the books
and journals owned by the U-M Libraries, including the Public Health Library, and is accessible by anyone via the Internet. A
librarian is available to answer your questions Monday - Friday, 10
a.m. - 4 p.m.

Individuals may establish an account with the University of Michigan's
Taubman Medical Library to order articles found in MEDLINE/PubMed for a
fee. (Those currently affiliated with a medical library should contact
that library first.) For more information, contact Riin Gill,

Michigan Information Transfer Source (MITS).
Michigan Information Transfer Source (MITS) is a non-profit,
cost-recovery, fee-based document delivery service that is part of the
University of Michigan Library system. MITS offers article copies, book
loans, chapters of books, conference papers, technical reports,
government documents, maps, product literature, and patents. MITS
serves both corporate and individual users. MITS will obtain items form
both the University of Michigan Library and other sources.
