Note:
- The dates for the 2008 SEP program are Wednesday June 4, 2008 through Friday, August 1, 2008.
- Deadline for returning application and all attachments is February 15, 2008.
To Apply, Don't Forget All Four Parts:
- The Application (completely filled out)
- Your resume
- Your Letter of Reference (filled out by your instructor/employer)
- Your transcripts
Saving and Submitting Directions:
To save this interactive Word document, you only need Microsoft Word. After filling out the form, go to File > Save As > and save to your local computer (or a memory stick) as 2008_SEP_Application_Your_Name.doc.
You have two options to submit:
- Open your email application, compose a message to um_sep@umich.edu, add a subject line called "2008 SEP Application Your Name" and add your saved Word file as an attachment.
- If you would prefer to mail a hard copy of the application and all "attachments" - Print out the completed Word document and mail it to:

Don't Have Microsoft Office on Your Computer?
- Most computer labs these days will have it, so you can visit the library or your college/university to use their computers.
- You can download a free 60-day trial of Microsoft Office.
