Apply to M.P.H. and M.H.S.A. programs online via SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service).

The Fall 2010 M.P.H. and M.H.S.A. online application is now available. The Fall 2010 M.P.H. and M.H.S.A. deadline is January 15, 2010. Please allow adequate time for SOPHAS to process and verify your application. Special info for HMP Executive Master's Program.

M.S. and Ph.D.

M.S. and Ph.D. applications should be submitted through the Rackham Graduate School online application.

M. S. and Ph.D. department deadlines are listed on the Rackham Department Information Guide.

M.S. and Ph.D admissions are administered by the Rackham Graduate School and the department you are applying to. Please do not send any M.S. or Ph.D admissions materials to the UM SPH Admissions Office. Please refer to the Rackham Admissions website or the SPH department websites for more specific admissions information and instructions.
