CHASS is a community-based, not for profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to the health improvement of residents of southwest Detroit, particularly those historically underserved residents: Latinos, African Americans, the elderly and the poor. In collaboration with community residents, social service agencies and other health care providers, CHASS provides accessible, comprehensive, affordable and culturally competent health and human services in southwest Detroit.
