Latino Family Services is a community agency which provides and coordinates comprehensive human services to residents of Wayne County with particular emphasis on its Latino residents. These services are aimed at enhancing the quality of life for children, youth, adults, seniors, families, people living with AIDS and the developmentally disabled. Programs include case management for the developmentally disabled, substance abuse counseling, after school programming, parenting, ESL, survival English and civic classes for new immigrants, seniors programming, harm reduction needle exchange, HIV testing and counseling.
